A day rate, not a mileage rate
Three hundred dollars a day, plus a weekly bonus. Day-rate pay is the honest structure for dedicated work, because dedicated work is not really about miles. Some days the route is long and some days it is not, and on a mileage rate that difference lands entirely on the driver. Here it does not.
There is three thousand dollars in sign-on money as well.
Where you run
Memphis, West Memphis and Blytheville. That is the footprint — a tight one, on purpose.
The truck
A modern assigned flatbed tractor: a 2024 or 2025 Peterbilt 579, a 2027 Volvo VNL, or a 2027 Freightliner Cascadia. Assigned means it stays yours. We do not slip-seat.
What comes with it
Full medical through UnitedHealthcare, plus dental, vision, life and AD&D. Short-term and long-term disability, company paid. A 401(k) with a company match. Paid vacation. A pet policy and a rider policy.

Tell us who you are
Most carrier application forms ask for your Social Security number, ten years of address history and three references before anybody has told you what the job pays or whether they hire in your county. That is backwards. It is a lot of a driver's evening spent on a job they may not want.
So this one is nine questions, and none of them are your Social Security number. A recruiter calls you, tells you what is actually open near you, and answers whatever you ask. If it sounds like a fit, the full DOT application comes after that conversation — and by then you will know what you are filling it out for.
